Check-in and check-out policy:

We have no strict check-in time but as there is no 24 hour reception in our hostel, in all cases you have to inform us about your exact arrival time! Any changes in it must be communicated to us! Please consider that we are not obligated reserve your bed if you don’t arrive for the time you indicated!

Keys of entrance and main door, and of course key of locker will be given to you at your arrival. At check-in we require from all of our guests a 15 EUR (or 4000 Ft) caution money which will be refunded at check-out if all keys, towels and bedding will be returned to the reception.

Check-out is till 10:00 am and like at check-in, also in this case we need to know your exact check-out time. By that time you have to empty the locker and leave the bed but you don’t need to leave the hostel. You can store your luggage in our luggage-deposit free of charge till 4pm or longer for charge.

Payment and cancellation policy:

Payment is upon arrival in cash (HUF or EUR).

If you want to extend your stay, please notify us at least one day in advance and make payment for your extra night(s) on the same day.

Penalty free cancellation can be made up to 2 days before your arrival date. If you make the cancellation in the 2 days before your arrival date or you don’t make any cancellation but won’t arrive, than the amount of your booking’s first night will be charged to you! This applies to in-house guests as well. Reducing the number of nights will be treated as a cancellation such will be subject to the cancellation policy above mentioned.

General rules:

We are a “girls-only” hostel. It means that our hostel gives accommodation exclusively for girls. We will not give accommodation for men despite valid reservation but will be treated as a cancellation such will be subject to the cancellation policy! Male visitors are not allowed!

Our hostel is located in a residential building so we are not a party-hostel! That’s why we kindly ask you not to make noise in the building and in the hostel between 20:00 and 08:00

No pets or other animals are allowed at the hostel.

To avoid presence of bedbugs, use of your own bedding or sleeping bag is strictly forbidden. We provide bedding for everybody free of charge.

Please respect the other guests and do not watch the TV or DVD if somebody wants to sleep in the room.

We are a non-smoking hostel!

Guests can use the kitchen, but they need to clean up after themselves. This applies for breakfast time also.

All food stored in the fridge must be marked with your name and date of departure. For public health reasons, all non-marked food and any food passing the expiry date will be thrown away.

Do not bring food and drink in the dorms. Please help us to maintain cleanliness keeping clean all the common areas after use.

When you leave the room/hostel please, shut the lights off.

Because of fire safety reasons it is forbidden:

to light fire inside the rooms
to use electric heating devices and cookers in rooms
to cover reading lamps with clothes, towels or bedding.

Consumption of hard alcohol is not allowed nor in the hostel neither in the building.

In our hostel is strictly prohibited the possession and use of drugs and the possession of weapons. In these cases we will confiscate the goods in question and notify the police.

Hostel is not responsible for any personal injuries or loss and/or damage of non-deposited valuables.

The hostel is supervised by the receptionists and by the caretaker of the residential building. If someone or a group of guests is not respecting the policy, will be checked out immediately! In this case we are not refunding any prepaid money.

Any damages caused by any of the guest will need to be payed for. Please treat everything as it was your own.
